One of the bonuses of living on a couple of islands at the bottom of the world is that we’ve all become rather innovative at finding world beating ways to solve a hell of a lot of problems – especially the ones that revolve around budget. I mean, people with bottomless pockets don’t have to think their way out of a tight corner, they just buy their way out. Us on the other hand?!
